We stayed here as our base in Speyside during our distillery tour in Scotland. Located in the center of Rothes, we could walk to the Glen Grant and Speyburn distilleries (we enjoy walking). The room was spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a public bar with a wide selection of whiskies, where we enjoyed tasting multiple kinds. We highly recommend this place as an affordable and comfortable base for visiting Speyside.

The ladies were very nice, liked a chat. The meals were large! We found the beds very comfortable and the room cosy and warm with everything we needed. For a small charge, you can also get some clothes washed and dried, that was a big positive for us.

Room was a very good size 👌 bed was very comfy, room was nice a warm, easy to find, great location, warm welcome by the staff, good parking only problem i found the fridge didn't work and could do with a bigger one apart from that very good value for money 😀 👍

The hotel was on the main road which was convenient. Sue was very helpful. The room was upstairs from a nice small bar where the locals were friendly and interesting to talk to. The bed was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. There were interesting whiskey displays in the bar as well. We had a very pleasant stay.

My husband and I rented a bus to take us and our 22 other friends around the scotch trail. This was the only hotel with rooms for us all and I am sooo glad! The hotel had a bar and they stayed open EXTREMELY late for us which I feel bad about but we had so much fun! The breakfast was great also! The owners were very sweet and accommodating for us and we probably were a little too rowdy but they never complained. The rooms were large and clean. The courtyard was a great added bonus, there were several areas to hang out both inside and outside. They had a game room with a pool table, everything exceeded all expectations. Also it's a lovely quiet little town! The bartender, I can't remember his name but he was young and handled our large group like a pro! He definitely deserves a big shout out!

Breakfast was really good. Big portion of full Scottish, complete with haggis. Buffet style for toast, cereal and drinks. Excellent service.

very nice hotel, bar with whisky tasting, friendly staff, breakfast available after booking, we have single small house with 2 doublebeds, sauna and wc and schower corner with outside sitting on the backyard, terrase window directly to the small garden.. lovely, clean and comfortable
